Shellac is a hybrid of nail polish and gel: it’s applied like polish, cured under UV light and lasts much longer than regular polish. Gel polish is even a little more durable. With nail extensions (acrylic powder and gel), your nails are strengthened or lengthened – ideal if your natural nails are soft or brittle, or if you’d like longer nails.

Usually 2 to 3 weeks without chipping – depending on how fast your nails grow and how much you use your hands in everyday life.

For nail extensions we recommend a refill about every 3 to 4 weeks. That way the grown-out area is still small and your nails stay strong and beautiful.

Not when they’re applied and removed professionally. The important thing is to never peel or pick off shellac or gel yourself – doing so pulls off the top layers of your natural nail. Let us remove it gently instead.

Yes, of course. Gentle removal costs CHF 30. Just let us know when you book so we can plan enough time.

Get in touch – nail repairs start at CHF 7 per nail. Until then, don’t tear off the broken part; gently file it smooth or protect it with a band-aid.

A few drops of cuticle oil every day keep your nails and cuticles supple. Wear gloves when cleaning or gardening, and don’t use your nails as tools – that way your design lasts longest.
